  • No Private Keys: We never request, collect, or store your private keys or recovery phrases. Your digital assets are managed via non-custodial wallet technology (e.g., Solana Seed Vault).

  • Public Wallet Address: We collect your public Solana wallet address to identify your game progress, OG status, and high scores.
  • Game Data: We record game-specific metrics such as scores, run duration, and items collected.
  • On-Chain Transactions: We monitor successful transactions related to the App (e.g., OG Badge claims) to unlock features.
  • Device Information: We may collect basic device metadata (e.g., model, OS version) to optimize performance and ensure compatibility with Seeker devices.

4. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To operate and maintain the game and leaderboard system.
  • To verify eligibility for Season rewards and OG perks.
  • To prevent fraud, cheating, and botting activity.
  • To improve the App's performance and user experience.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App interacts with third-party services and decentralized infrastructure:

  • Solana Blockchain: All transactions are recorded on a public ledger. This data is permanent and beyond our control.
  • MagicBlock: High-performance gaming sessions and prize distributions are handled via MagicBlock infrastructure.
  • RPC Providers: We use third-party RPC nodes to communicate with the Solana network.

6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited data we store (e.g., leaderboard scores). However, please note that "on-chain" data (your public address and transaction history) is immutable and cannot be deleted or modified.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of majority). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to remove the data from our records.
